This Week with H.O.G.

Hope everyone is enjoying the Dog days of Summer. We had an awesome ride to Edisto for our first evening ride. It definitely was a lot cooler. Edisto Beach is always beautiful and always a perfect ride. We ate BBQ and stopped for Shannon to have some ice cream! It was Shannon's last ride with us. Thanks to Scott for getting us out there. Last Saturday Russell had some motorcycle troubles on his ride and James and some others helped him out and finished the ride. Thanks to them!

I have been getting several people replying on facebook for the Chapter Summertime Party at Short Stay. Remember you must sign up for this, so see me or you can reply on our facebook page. Its September 25^th at Short Stay in Moncks Corner. Boating, fishing, swimming, and everything outdoors. The temps are hopefully cooler by then so we all can enjoy good food provided by the Chapter and of course fantastic friends!

We are also working on our Christmas Party. Yes, I know its only August..but its gonna   be great. Mark your calendars now for December 11^th. We will have tickets and more details available soon.

Upcoming

.July 31^st Poor Mans Night Out. This is the second ride in our evening series and also a member request. Meet at LCHD at 6pm with KSU at 6:30p for a nice ride out to beach with stops at Jacks Cosmic Dog for dinner and then Sonic for dessert!

August 3^rd Our Chapter Meeting. See you in the HOG room at 6:45pm meeting starts at 7pm.

This will be my last This Week with HOG for a couple weeks. Our Chapter calendar is clear for the first couple of weeks in August because it gets soooo hot! Everyone relax, spend time with your families, and keep cool. I am headed off to Sturgis in 5 days to see what that is all about. I will be on the road for 12 days so keep up with my adventure on facebook. I will do my best to post pics and details. More to come.
